Chef, forager and presenter Mark Lloyd has taken the reins at Notting Hill favourite, Pomona’s restaurant and bar. Bringing a wealth of experience and success in his stride, Mark has refreshed the à la carte menu and launched a daily specials board, focusing on modern European cuisine. With sustainability at its core, the menu’s new dishes boast the very best in local, seasonal produce, promising rustic, simple cooking with a refined finish.

Recognised TV Chef Mark Lloyd has become Executive Chef at Pomona’s, bringing a wealth of experience to the stylish restaurant and bar in the heart of Notting Hill.
With his knowledge for British wild food and passion for shooting, fishing and foraging, Mark leads the kitchen with a revived modern European a la carte menu and new daily specials board, reflecting his farm to fork culture. Mark’s rustic, simple cooking with a refined finish uses ethically sourced, seasonal ingredients from responsible local producers.
Mark has an impressive 18 years’ experience in the industry, starting his career in 2000 as Chef de Partie in Michelin listed, The Beach House in Spain. Shortly after returning to the UK he became Head Chef in 2007 at the renowned River Cottage Canteen, learning the important ethos of sustainable and local cuisine. Mark’s culinary journey continued in South West England as Senior Sous Chef at St Mellion International Resort and Country Club, and Head Chef at The Cleave Inn. In 2011, Mark honed his skills further, becoming Development Executive Chef at Miele, hosting cookery demonstrations all over the UK. In 2012, he starred in BBC America’s Chef Race, appearing on other TV programmes such as Great British Waste Menu, Market Kitchen, Hairy Bikers, BBC Breakfast, Sky, Food Network and many more.
